1 large ripe avocado, mashed

1.5 cups cooked shredded chicken breast (grilled or rotisserie)

1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best!)

1 small cucumber, diced

2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
